Crown and Glory Technique – 2013 Natural Hair Regimen

I have decided to stop applying heat everyday and to really take care of my hair and scalp. I never really followed a regimen for a long period of time, but I have found that there are some things that made my hair healthy and retain length. I’ve decided based on my past failures and successes that the Crown and Glory Technique would work for me its be around for a while. I’ve seen it among the natural  hair care community and in my opinion it’s a really simply way to figure out how to maintain your hair. The program was started by Robin Wood and I believe that based on the reviews this technique can help me with my hair goals. There are many approaches to this technique, but I am going to try the 6 months of the braid extensions technique. After 6 months I will decide on moving forward or switching to another regimen
